Scott C. Woods, P.E.

President, LEED AP

Scott graduated from Mississippi State University in 1983 with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His continuing education is focused on energy management and large chilled water systems.

Scott has over 15 years of construction experience and over 30 years of experience in mechanical design. He is skilled in other fields such as plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, control systems, design, load and economic calculations, document development, specifications and project administration.

For over 25 years, Scott Woods has provided services for all types of construction, including military installations, manufacturing facilities, aircraft hangars & maintenance facilities, data and communication centers, hotels, restaurants, churches, hospitals, dormitories, office buildings, correctional facilities, education facilities postal facilities, laboratories, apartments, condominiums, medical imaging facilities and industrial process facilities.

Scott has had extensive training and experience in designing and building automation and energy management systems for compliance with the ASHRAE 90.1 and optimum energy efficiency.  

Scott is a LEED certified professional by the U.S. Green Building Council and a Certified Commissioning Agent. For over 150 projects, he has provided energy studies using computer energy modeling.
